We kindly ask that you carefully review all details when placing your order, and double-check to ensure everything is accurate! ✔️

Please use our provided sizing charts as a guide. Once your order is submitted, it is final and created exactly as requested. Our system does not allow for any modifications, even by our admins or customer service team.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any items. Once a design is applied to our materials, it is permanent and cannot be removed. Similarly, once an item is stitched, it cannot be undone. Every item from Fall Hallows is handmade to order, which is reflected in our processing time.

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns if the wrong size was ordered or if the color thread chosen isn't to your liking. Make sure to utilize the sizing charts and product images to ensure you are happy with the product being ordered.

If there is an error on our part, we are more than happy to correct it. Please contact us as soon as possible. If you notify us within 10 days of receiving your item, we will gladly remake it to resolve the issue.
